From the living room, you have access to a spacious covered terrace, the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy outdoor moments while admiring beautiful views of the gulf and the striking Tavolara Island. Within the residence, you will find a shared outdoor pool, a children's pool, and an outdoor shower—ideal for cooling off on warm days. The communal pool is open from June 15th to September 15th. Shared parking is available both at the property and on the street. We recommend using a car for convenient travel in the area. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, and washing machine.
